Prices are subject to change without notice.

All rents are due prior to delivery.  A reservation, damage or cleaning deposit
may be required in addition to the rental fee.  Customers will be charged for
and items that are lost, damaged or dirty.

All missing equipment will be charged at replacement cost, plus tax.
