Dance Floor

Each Section is 3' X 3'

16 Sections = 12' X 12' ... Dance 6 Couples
20 Sections = 12' X 15' ... Dance 7 Couples
25 Sections = 15' X 15' ... Dance 8 - 10 Couples
36 Sections = 18' X 18' ... Dance 10 - 13 Couples


Stage

Each Section is 4' X 4'

9 Sections = 12' X 12'
12 Sections = 12' X 16'
16 Sections = 16' X 16'
20 Sections = 20' X 16'

*Stage can go from 6" to 32" high


TENT SIZES AND CAPACITIES
Tent Capacities are calculated as follow:
• Stand up cocktail parties 5 to 6 square feet per person
• Buffet dinner 7 to 8  square feet per person
• Sit down dinner 10 to 12  square feet per person
• Add a Dance Floor then allow 15 square feet per person
